Jenn Meale Poggie is CEO and President of Pinnacle Media. She has 20 years of experience in the communications field, including serving in the private sector as well as Communications Director for a Florida Attorney General, a state Commissioner of Agriculture, and an executive state agency.
She quickly and efficiently develops and implements communications and digital media strategies to achieve clients' goals.
Her communications experience includes: public affairs, crisis communications, education, behavioral health care, health care, real estate, agriculture, litigation before the United States Supreme Court, criminal justice, and more.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Brown University with a double major in English and Visual Arts.
Jenn paints in oil and took classes at Florida State University's College of Fine Arts while still in high school.
She enjoys spending time with her husband, Brian, and three daughters, Ivy, Lily and Madison. She also participates in triathlons.

Kinley Morgan is Vice President of Communications for Pinnacle Media. She brings years of experience with Florida’s dynamic political landscape and state government.
A veteran political staffer, Kinley most recently served in the Florida Senate Majority Office as press secretary and a legislative analyst. She also served as a legislative assistant to a Florida State Senator and a spokesperson for a former Florida Commissioner of Agriculture.
Prior to her political experience, Kinley began her career at a public relations firm that specialized in marketing tourism destinations throughout the country.
She is a double graduate from Florida State University, earning a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a master’s degree in applied American politics and policy.
A proud Ocala native, she now lives in Tallahassee with her husband, Heath, and their dog Wales. When she’s not at the dog park, she enjoys traveling, eating BBQ and cheering on FSU. Go Noles!
